Module Three

Take Honest Inventory

Mobilize Resources · You cannot align what you have not honestly inventoried.

Outcome · Alignment

“The most expensive form of misalignment is not disagreement. It is assumption — founders assume they have the capacity, the support, and the conditions they need, and then wonder why movement stalls. Mobilize Resources is where assumption ends. Not what you wish you had. What you actually have.”

The Module

Module Three · Lesson 2 · 18:00 · Mobilize Resources
Now playing — Honest accounting vs. wishful accounting

The core idea

Alignment is not agreement. It is an honest inventory of what is actually true.

You cannot move intentionally without understanding your actual conditions. This module is radical honesty — a full inventory of the people, skills, energy, time, finances, collaborators, and systems available to you right now. Not what you wish you had. What you actually have.

The most common form of misalignment is assumption, not disagreement. This module produces one outcome you can name — alignment — and one artifact you will return to whenever movement stalls. The Resource Inventory.

Guided reflection

Before continuing, answer these.

What resources do you actually have right now — people, time, money, systems, relationships?

Where is the misalignment between what you need and what is currently available?

Who needs to be more involved — and who has been consuming resources without contributing to the work?

Module Three · Artifacts

i.

A.I.M. Checkpoint™

Before every artifact in this module: Align, Integrate, Move. Three honest questions, asked in order — what is true right now, what do I already have, what measurable action moves first.

~5 min Begin →
ii.

Resource Inventory

An honest inventory of people, time, money, systems, relationships, and energy. Every cell reflects your actual state — not your aspirational one.

~20 min Begin →
iii.

Collaborator Map™

Identify the Activation Associates — collaborators, partners, and support roles who are or should be active in this initiative — and what each one owns.

~20 min Begin →
iv.

Alignment Audit

Assess vision, resource, people, and timing alignment before committing to movement. The most expensive mistake is moving fast in the wrong direction with the wrong people.

~15 min Begin →

“The inventory is honest. The next module decides whether now is the moment to move.”
