The intellectual property
The Momentum Method™, Momentum Decay™, Strategic Compression™, and every artifact name (Compression vs. Decay Audit™, Signal Strength Scorecard™, 100-Year Transfer Framework™, and so on) are registered intellectual property of Sheros Thomas and Epiphany Place. The frameworks may be applied freely in your own business. They may not be republished, repackaged, or taught as if they were yours.
Purchases & refunds
- Foundations — one-time $67. Full refund within 30 days for any reason. Email Sheros directly.
- Decision Integrity — one-time purchase. Full refund within 30 days.
- The Intensive — application-gated. If approved and you decide not to enroll, no charge. If enrolled and you withdraw before Week 3, prorated refund.
- Epiphany Place Membership — monthly. Cancel by the 25th of any month and the next charge is paused. No questions, no exit interviews.
Your workspace
What you write in your Decision Ledger, Compression Audit, Rhythm Dashboard, and other artifacts is yours. We store it so you can return to it. We do not own it, share it, or display it to other members without your explicit consent.
Effective date
These terms take effect May 19, 2026, and govern all accounts active from that date forward.
